Cancellation Policy
Hi there! Thank you so much for reading this page. I appreciate your attention to detail!
Firstly, we are all human and change our minds or have things come up. I understand that. However, I really love when my clients also understand that in my line of work, a late cancellation really means lost revenue, and because of that, I quite literally can’t afford to be super lenient with my cancellation policy.
Booking with me indicates you agree to the following policies regarding canceling and rescheduling.
- For 1-to-1 appointments such as massage therapy and private yoga classes, I request 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. You can call, text, or email to do so, or click the button in the reminder email you get 48 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. I do make an exception for illness, but I track this, so please don’t abuse it. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation that was not from your illness, I reserve the right to charge you 50% of your session fee which is payable before your next appointment.
- For 1-to-1 appointments, a no-show (with no notice) will result in 100% of the fee due before you can book with me again.
- For Group Yoga classes, the In-Person classes have a maximum capacity of 6 people. If you register for an in-person class and do not show up, you will be charged for that class if I had to turn someone away due to all 6 spots being booked. If we have a smaller in-person class (less than 6), and I don’t have to turn anyone away, I will not charge you for not showing.
- For Group Yoga classes held on Zoom, your registration requires pre-payment, so if you do not show, you are still sent the replay of the class by default, and that counts as attending. In order to receive a refund from a class you register for but do NOT wish to receive the replay, you must de-register at least an hour before the class starts. If you have any difficulty with this, please text me at 573-639-9303 and I will de-register you.
