These are the smallest (about 2.5 inches in diameter) of the balls Yoga Tune Up makes and are really great for smaller areas of the body like your face and feet. The smaller the ball, the more pin-pointed the pressure will feel.
These are a little bigger (2.75 inches in diameter) than the original balls and work really well for your back and arms. The larger the ball, the more dispersed the pressure feels.
This larger ball (3.5 inches in diameter) is great for larger areas of the body such as your back and legs and hips.
