Group Yoga

8 weekly group yoga classes began August 1st (4 online, 4 in person).

I aim to make all of my classes accessible to most bodies. The poses I choose to teach do not require extreme flexibility or strength, but will likely build strength and flexibility with ongoing practice. Remember that even if the specific offered time for a Zoom class doesn’t work for your schedule, if you register and pay for the class, you will have access to the replay for 7 days! The in-person classes are not recorded.

Mon/Fri 9-10 AM Wake Up Hatha (Zoom) – 60 mins $16/class

  • Wake up and energize yourself with a movement and breathwork practice! Replay available for 7 days.

Monday 5:30-6:30 PM Myofascial Yin (In Person) – 60 mins $16/class

  • Imagine a yoga class that also feels like a massage… I recently did a training with Jill Miller to learn self-myofascial release using therapy balls. This class will combine using therapy balls to massage certain areas of the body with the long, slow holds in yin yoga postures. Join us! Class is limited to 6 people, and therapy balls will be provided for use in class.

Monday 7-8 PM + Friday 4:30-5:30 PM Gentle and Beginners Hatha (In Person) – 60 mins $16/class

  • If you are new to yoga, or if you simply prefer the sweeter and softer side of yoga, this may be the class for you! We practice poses that encourage an easeful quality of being in your body, deep breathing to release held stress, and deep rest.

Tues/Thurs 9-10 AM Wake Up YIN (Zoom) – 60 mins $16/class

  • Roll out of bed and onto your yoga mat for a mellow, easy start to the day! Replay available for 7 days.

Fridays 6-7 PM Candlelight Hatha Yoga (In Person) – 60 mins $16/class

  • Join me in person on Friday evenings by (LED) candlelight for a slow but super-relaxing hatha yoga practice! The class is limited to 8 people.



All classes require registration at least 4 hours before class.

Zoom class recordings are available to paid participants for 7 days following each class, so register even if you can’t attend live if you want to receive a copy of the recording.

Passes (Cash, Check, or Credit/Debit Card)

One class is $16 for 60 min.
