Group Yoga

I aim to make all of my classes accessible to most bodies. The poses I choose to teach do not require extreme flexibility nor strength but will likely build strength and flexibility with ongoing practice.
I specialize in small group classes. The in-studio classes cap at 6 students to ensure personalized attention.
Sunrise Hatha (Zoom) – 30 mins $10/class – Tues/Thurs 6:30-7 AM
- Join us for a quick wake up yoga practice on Zoom Tuesdays and Thursdays.
All-levels Hatha Yoga (Zoom) – 45 mins $14/class – Mon 10-10:45 AM
- Join us for a mindful hatha class that balances energizing strength with mellow ease.
Therapeutic Yin (Zoom) – 45 mins $14/class – Weds 10-10:45 AM
- Imagine a yoga class that also feels like a massage… I recently did a training with Jill Miller to learn self-myofascial release using therapy balls. This class will combine using therapy balls to massage certain areas of the body with the long, slow holds in yin yoga postures. Join us! Class is limited to 6 people (in studio) or 25 on Zoom, and therapy balls will be provided for use in class for the in-studio classes, while you are encouraged to have a tennis ball for the Zoom class.
Candlelight Hatha + Sound Bath (In Studio) – 75 mins $22/class – 2nd Fridays 6-7:15 PM
- Join us on the 2nd Friday of the month for a 60-minute relaxing hatha yoga class followed by a 15-minute sound bath with singing bowls, quartz bells, and other meditative instruments.

Gentle Hatha Yoga (In Studio) – 60 mins $18/class – Saturdays 10-11 AM
- Great for beginners as well as those getting back into practice after a break, or even if you just like your practice to be on the “easier” end of the spectrum. Come move and breathe mindfully!
Yin Yoga + Sound Bath (In Studio) – 75 mins $22/class – 1x/mo Sunday 2-3:15 PM
- Join us monthly one Sunday of the month for a 60-minute deeply relaxing yin yoga class followed by a 15-minute sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls, quartz bowls, and other meditative instruments
- Upcoming Dates: 8/17, 9/14, 10/12, 11/9, 12/14

Passes (Cash, Check, or Credit/Debit Card)
- Drop-in to one class: $10 for 30 min, $14 for 45 min, $18 for 60 min, and $22 for 75 min.
- Save 16% (=$16/hr) with a 5-hour pass for $80 with a 6-month expiration.
- Save 22% (=$14/hr) with a 10-hour pass for $140 with a 6-month expiration.
- Use your pass with any Zoom or In Person class from 30-75 minutes in length, as the passes are banks of minutes, i.e. 5hr = 300 min, 10hr = 600 min
Memberships (Credit or Debit card only)
- 5-hour Mini-Membership for $70/month and can be used for Zoom or Studio classes. Unused classes roll over and can be shared. Charges monthly until cancelled.
